Local customers in the GTA region can pick up locally at a discounted price. Please email us with your order filled out with all options selected and will get back to you with a quote. With ALL aftermarket products some minor modifications may be required. Ventus Autoworks is NOT responsible for any damages caused by the improper installation of any product we sell. For ALL products, professional installation is highly recommended. If any products that are purchased from us fail for whatever reason, we are not responsible and will not return said damaged part or send any refunds. SHIPPING:
We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable shipping addresses provided by the buyer in the checkout screen. Thus we cannot offer any exchange or return for that order. We ship to the shipping address provided by the customer in our checkout screen. If there is a error please email us ASAP so we can make that edit for you. Please make sure all address information is complete and accurate in the checkout screen. We are not responsible for missing, lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. In such cases, please contact the courier to file a claim. In regards to any damaged products caused by the shipping process, please email [email protected] with any concerns. In most cases we can come to a positive solution with the buyer. We package ALL products with extreme care and invest a lot of time doing so. Our goal is to have the package arrive to you in the same condition it was sent as. Our build time is 4-8 business days under normal conditions. We are not responsible for any Customs delays. During holiday times, customers can expect potential delays in Customs. WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES OR MILITARY BASES!
RETURN POLICY:
All sales are final. All products we sell are “Custom made and made to order”. No returns, refunds or exchanges. Buyer acknowledges this when they commit to purchase from us. If you choose to cancel your order within 24hrs of the purchase date, a 6% transaction/cancellation fee will be applied and deducted from the balance of the purchased sum. This fee is collected to pay our payment processors since they do not reimburse us on the original processing fee.

GENERAL INFO:
Front Splitter VS Front Lip= Ventus Autoworks LLC does not manufacture or sell front lips. Front lips are molded parts that install on top of a bumper as an overlay. Our front splitters are flat parts that mount underneath the bumper or bumper/lip. Some front splitters we sell are designed to be installed underneath a front lip. If you are purchasing a front splitter from us and the title of the product says Front Lip in it, you are not buying the splitter and lip together. You are buying just the flat splitter, the front lip would need to be purchased elsewhere.
If your unsure about what finish you would want your front splitter or side splitters to be, i.e. gloss black or matte black, email us after your purchase is complete and we will make your order out of a special material that is one side gloss black and other side matte black. This way you get both finishes to choose from when your ready to install it. Our rubber edge trim comes in standard black color ($10 fee). For 2024, we are adding Chrome color and White color rubber edge trim ($20 fee).
